Good one Sean. And talk about bagel deserts: the suburbs! (Wait, is Snohomish even a suburb? Or is it just a small town?) Luckily we’ve got the Snohomish Bakery … but they don’t make bagels, just really great bread and pastries. I’ve got to run down to Woodinville when Andrew has a HeyBagel pop-up, and even that won’t last. Good luck with your play.

I know, I would have been there all day listing suburbs and nearby cities that are also bagel deserts. I gotta think it will trickle out there eventually as Seattle does start to fill up.

I don't know if your Backyard Bagel claim is *entirely* true. I went by last Thursday on my way into the office (about 8a), thinking there was probably going to be a line down the block like I've seen before there and I'd just have to move on, but there turned out to be only a couple people in front of me and it only took a few minutes. I put it down to a fluke in the timing, but still...

Good to know. That makes sense. I was there on a Wednesday or Thursday and there was still a decent line, but it makes sense it would flow differently depending on the day.
