Me (a seattlean) saw this interesting place and decided to give it a try. It was called “Backyard Bagel” and as soon as i got out the owner had came out of his delorean and told me “theres something wrong with your kids (anonymous), we have to go into the future!” then proceeded to take an adventure. 10/10 would reccomend

Backyard Bagel is so delicious! Their jalapeño cheddar is by far my FAVORITE bagel. I totally recommend this one to anyone going for the first time.

Dare I say those voting for Backyard Bagel over 6th Borough Bagels haven’t actually been to 6th Borough Bagels?

I have to remain agnostic but I’ll just say that this is the perfect chance for 6th Borough folks to make the case for why Seattleites need to make the drive…

Thin crunchy exterior with tiny blisters, perfect chewy center, and they even do a pumpernickel. They often sell out before closing but you can order ahead, recommended if you’re driving from out of town.

Make the drive! Haha!

Also, I’m reluctant to patronize Backyard Bagels because of the flour.
